个人简介:

四川农业大学生物科学专业2001级学士,植物资源保护与利用专业2005级硕士,作物遗传育种专业2007级博士,2011年6月获农学博士学位。2009年1月至2010年4月在加拿大农业部东部谷物和油料作物研究所做联合培养博士研究生。2011年作为优秀人才引进到四川农业大学小麦研究所工作。

主要研究内容:
 
                                    
1. 小麦加工品质形成机理研究  

小麦特异的种子储藏蛋白是加工面食的关键。通过多年多点多品种品质检测实验,较系统地调查了我国西南麦区(尤其四川)小麦加工品质的现状,初步明确了四川小麦品质的优势和特色,这将为通过品种布局和品质育种进一步改善四川小麦品质提供支撑;利用遗传学和生物化学方法,鉴定显著影响加工品质的优质基因,分析其导致优质的机理;研究小麦种子储藏蛋白的表达调控机制。拟通过以上方法改良我国小麦的加工品质,使其更好满足市场需求。  

2. 小麦赤霉病抗病机理研究  

赤霉病严重影响小麦的品质和产量,是全球小麦第一大病害。育种可用的抗赤霉病QTL少,抗赤霉病育种难度大,赤霉病防治面临诸多困难。目前主要研究小麦内源抗病激素水杨酸和赤霉病的关系,拟通过研究水杨酸调控小麦赤霉病抗性的分子机制,建立一种基于植物自身天然抗性,对环境友好可持续的赤霉病防治策略。  

3. 小麦重要育种目标性状功能基因组学研究  

小麦产量、品质和抗性受一系列重要基因的影响。我们通过比较基因组学、关联分析、图位克隆、候选基因克隆和转基因方法研究对小麦产量、品质和抗性具有重要作用的基因,为通过分子育种方法培育高产、稳产与优质的小麦新品种奠定基础。
