伍碧华,博士,教授,博士生、硕士生导师。2004年国家公派墨西哥高级访问学者。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目4项、部省级科研项目10余项。获省科技进步奖一等奖3项、三等奖1项(主持)。发表论文100篇左右。获国家发明专利1项(主持)。主持育成小麦品种新品种5个,其中,国审1个。
近期主要研究方向
u 挖掘小麦属(Triticum )二倍体(AA)、四倍体(AABB/ AAGG)和 六倍体小麦(AABBDD/AAAAGG)野生及驯化种群中特异品质、抗病、抗逆等优异基因资源,揭示其遗传机制、基因功能及不同倍性间的传递特性。
u 创制蕴含野生二粒小麦高籽粒蛋白含量(GPC)、高Fe/Zn含量和特异贮藏蛋白,以及抗旱、肥水高效等优异位点的渗入系小麦(T. aestivum)种质资源,培育高产、优质、绿色、高效小麦新品种。
