个人简介:       

   四川农业大学生物技术(植物方向)专业2001级学士,生物化学与分子生物学专业2005级硕博连读,2011年6月获理学博士学位。2009年1月至2011年1月在加拿大农业部东部谷物和油料作物研究所做联合培养博士研究生。

主要研究内容:

1. 小麦与禾谷镰刀菌互作的分子机制研究

赤霉病严重影响小麦的品质和产量,是全球小麦第一大病害。禾谷镰刀菌是赤霉病的主要致病菌。目前,小麦育种可用的抗赤霉病QTL少,抗赤霉病育种难度大,赤霉病防治面临诸多困难。我们拟通过分析禾谷镰刀菌关键致病基因的功能,解析禾谷镰刀菌与小麦互作的分子机制,目的是建立一种基于植物自身天然抗性,对环境友好可持续的赤霉病防治策略。

2. 小麦加工品质形成机理研究

小麦特异的种子储藏蛋白是加工面食的关键。正在利用遗传学、分子生物学和生物化学方法,鉴定显著影响加工品质的优质基因,分析其调控小麦加工品质的机理。最终目的是改良我国小麦的加工品质,使其更好满足市场需求。
