2017年于澳大利亚国立大学(Australian National University, ANU)与澳大利亚联邦科学与工业研究组织(CSIRO)联合培养获得植物病理学博士学位,随后在CSIRO从事博士后研究工作。2025年入选国家海外高层次青年人才。长期围绕小麦重大病害抗病机制开展研究,在植物免疫受体识别病原菌效应蛋白、病原菌无毒基因鉴定、植物免疫信号激活机制以及抗病基因工程化设计等领域积累了丰富经验。
近年来聚焦小麦茎秆锈病等全球重要病害,系统开展病原菌效应蛋白鉴定、抗病基因功能解析、植物免疫受体结构生物学及工程化设计研究。以第一作者或共同第一作者身份在Science、Nature Plants、New Phytologist、The Plant Journal和iScience等国际主流期刊发表论文20余篇。作为发明人参与国际PCT专利申请2项,并作为主要发明人开展植物免疫受体工程化设计相关专利布局,为新型广谱抗病基因创制提供理论与技术基础。
课题组将致力于解析植物识别病原菌的分子机制,并利用结构生物学、人工智能和蛋白工程技术设计新型抗病基因,为培育广谱、持久抗病的小麦新品种提供理论基础和技术支撑。
