个人简介:
四川省优秀博士学位论文和四川省杰出青年科学基金获得者,四川省学术和技术带头人,四川省海外留学人员,加拿大农业部(ECORC-AAFC, Ottawa, Canada)访问学者。第一或通讯作者在Nature Genetics、Theretical and Applied Genetics、Taxon、Genome、Hereditas等SCI期刊和作物学报、中国农业科学、生态学报等中文核心期刊发表多篇论文,主研选育燕麦新品种7个,主编、主译和参编专著5部,主持完成《燕麦属物种种质资源评价与创新利用》获四川省科技进步奖。

博士、硕士学术学位研究生研究方向(作物遗传育种专业):
燕麦是一种营养价值很高的粮、饲兼用型作物。燕麦(莜麦)是世界第六大粮食作物、也是优质饲草,燕麦食品能降低胆固醇含量、减少心血管疾病发生。此外,燕麦具有生物量大、生活力强、对环境变化的适应性强大等显著优势,在大食物观体系下,对保障食物供给的价值意义越来越凸显。国内外燕麦研究专家已提倡燕麦应成为人类继稻米、小麦之后的“第三主粮”(FAO,2008)。目前主要针对燕麦属基因资源挖掘和利用开展工作,具体研究方向为:
1. 燕麦属物种分子进化和栽培燕麦的起源驯化
以项目组已完成的燕麦高质量基因组为参考,通过对世界范围内的燕麦野生种、半野生种、地方品种、现代品种的表型多年多点精准鉴定和重测序比较分析,明确野生和栽培物种的起源进化关系,并探讨燕麦遗传多样性特征及其遗传演化规律,明确燕麦扩散、驯化、扩张及其遗传改良中的基因组响应。

2. 燕麦重要性状相关基因克隆和功能解析
以获得的大规模燕麦表型和基因型数据为基础,系统检测控制相关重要农艺性状的基因位点。有针对性地构建遗传分析群体,进行连锁分析确认相关基因位点及其遗传效应。对遗传效应强、育种应用潜力大的基因进行精细定位、基因克隆及功能解析,明确其调控通路并集成高产、优质和抗逆等功能基因模块。
