个人简介:

1983年南京大学植物学专业获理学学士学位。1992-1998年四川农业大学作物遗传育种专业分获农学硕士和博士学位。2001-2002年作为高级访问学者赴美国加州大学Davis分校从事小麦基因组学研究。现任四川农业大学研究生院院长、教育部西南作物基因资源与遗传改良重点实验室主任、四川省植物学会副理事长、四川省作物学会常务理事、四川省生物技术协会理事、《四川植物志》和《生命世界》编委。四川省学术和技术带头人,新世纪首批国家百千万人才工程国家级人选,中国第七届青年科技奖获得者,教育部和四川省骨干青年教师,国务院政府特殊津贴享受者,四川省教学名师获得者,四川省农业科技先进工作者。1983年至今,一直从事植物学和普通生物学的教学和小麦族物种生物系统学、细胞遗传学、资源利用与创新和新品种选育等的研究工作。先后主持国家和省部级重大科研20余项。获国家自然科学二等奖1项、四川省科技进步一等奖2项、二等奖1项、三等奖3项、贵州省科技进步二等奖1项;四川省教学成果一等奖2项。主研选育小麦新品种1个。在国内外重要学术刊物发表学术论文200余篇,其中SCI收录60余篇(第一作者和通讯作者论文50余篇)。主编或副主编著作或教材6部。已培养硕士和博士37名;正在指导博士生8名、硕士生13名。



主要研究内容:

1.植物系统与进化    
     利用形态学、细胞遗传学及分子生物学手段探讨小麦族植物类群的系统发育关系,建立自然的分类系统,寻找植物类群发生遗传分化的生物学理论依据,从而确立小麦族属的系统地位、物种分类、起源演化和物种系统关系。研究的植物类群主要包括猬草属(Hystrix)、赖草属(Leymus)、披碱草属(Elymus)、鹅观草属(Roegneria)、仲彬草属(Kengyilia)、拟鹅观草属(Pseudoroegneria)和冠麦草属(Lophopyrum)等小麦族植物和鸢尾(Iris)、百合(Lilium)、萱草(Hemerocallis)、鼠尾属(Salvia)等。 
2.植物资源评价与创新
    根据不同植物的生长习性,采用移栽、人工杂交、形态学、细胞遗传学、分子生物学及生物技术等研究手段,结合形态特征、生化标记、遗传特性、染色体资料、DNA分子标记技术和DNA序列数据,评价植物资源的遗传多样性、遗传结构及其影响因素,探讨植物保护和利用的基本策略,筛选、鉴定和发掘优异的作物新种质资源,创制新的植物遗传和育种新材料。研究的主要类群包括小麦族(Triticeae)、鸢尾(Iris)、百合(Lilium)、萱草(Hemerocallis)、鼠尾属(Salvia)等。
3.小麦遗传与新品种选育
    利用现代生物技术和常规技术结合,分析小麦及重要材料农艺性状和遗传的特点,研究重要性状的染色体定位和分子标记定位、克隆和功能分析,培育高产、优质和多抗的小麦新品种。
