1. 小麦和黑麦远缘杂种后代基因组变异及其分子机制研究
对普通小麦和黑麦杂种高分子量谷蛋白亚基(High-molecular-weight glutenin subunit,HMW-GS)变异材料进行细胞学及分子生物学研究,揭示其变异及遗传的分子机制。
2.黑麦矮杆基因遗传及应用研究
利用分子遗传手段定位、克隆黑麦矮杆基因,解析分子机制,评价育种价值。
3. 高产、优质、抗病小麦新品种培育
