主要研究内容：

小麦品质育种材料创制及品种选育

我国优质强筋和弱筋小麦品种缺乏，生产的优质小麦数量不能满足加工企业对优质强、弱筋小麦需求。为此，我们从改变面筋蛋白组成入手，一方面通过提高小麦优质HMW-GS基因的频率，创制强筋小麦材料并进行育种；另一方面通过减少表达HMW-GS数目来进行优质弱筋小麦选育。
