个人简介:

20107月获四川农业大学作物遗传育种专业农学博士学位。教授三级岗,博士生导师,四川省学术技术带头人后备人选,四川省海外留学人员,四川省杰出青年基金、自然科学基金重点项目获得者,中国农业生物技术学会植物表型组学专业委员会委员。2008年曾赴澳大利亚联邦科学与工业组织留学,2010年至今在四川农业大学工作。

主持国家自然科学基金青年基金和面上项目各1项、教育部博士点基金1项、四川省教育厅青年基金项目1项、四川省科技厅杰出青年科技人才项目1项、四川省科技厅支撑计划项目1项、四川省人社厅留学人员科技活动择优资助项目1项;主研参加国家十三五七大作物育种专项、国家自然科学基金重大研发计划、科技部国际合作专项、“863”计划、“973”计划、国家支撑计划及国家农业科技成果转化资金项目等国家、省部级项目20余项。获四川省科技进步一等奖2项。发表论文100余篇,其中SCI收录80余篇。主研选育小麦新品种11个,获授权国家发明专利10项、计算机软件著作权11项。《Frontiers in Plant ScienceReview Editor,《Plant Cell》、《New Phytologist》、《Plant Journal》、《Theretical and Applied Genetics》、《Crop Journal》等杂志审稿人。


研究方向:

1、农艺性状的基因发掘、机制解析及育种利用

基于种质资源库的特色地方品种、野生近缘属种、突变体等材料,通过全基因组重测序、基因芯片技术,结合高通量表型组技术,利用全基因关联分析的方法,从全基因组层面发掘分蘖、旗叶、小穗数、粒重、粒型、胚芽鞘等性状的优良新基因。同时,构建双亲分离群体和高密度遗传图谱,解析分蘖、旗叶、穗抽出度、根系、灌浆速率、株高、小穗粒数、粒重等优异性状的遗传基础,并进一步结合分子生物学和多组学技术探索其调控通路,明确控制性状的功能基因,揭示基因作用的分子机制。

此外,以特色地方品种、主栽品种以及其它优良种质资源为材料,利用全基因组选择、基因编辑、合成生物学、计算机模拟等技术,结合独创的温室快速繁育体系,着力构建作物基因设计育种技术体系,进行产量、抗性、品质、株型、育性等育种性状的精准、高效改良,培育适于西南地区的新型农业新品种。

2、多组学大数据智能化分析与利用

主要进行植物多组学大数据解析、生物信息挖掘、智慧农业等相关领域研究,将大数据分析、计算机视觉、机器学习等新一代信息技术与生物农业进行深度融合,重点开展植物多组学大数据挖掘与分析、模型构建、数据库及可视化平台建设等方面工作。
