个人简介:

2005年9月-2007年6月,四川农业大学小麦研究所植物资源保护与利用专业攻读农学硕士学位,从事小麦属多物种基因聚合育种研究;2007年9月-2010年6月,四川农业大学小麦研究所作物遗传育种专业攻读农学博士学位,从事小麦品质基因的分子标记开发及标记与性状的关联分析;2008年9月-2009年10月,中国教育部-澳大利亚联邦科工部(CSIRO)联合培养博士,从事麦类作物抗病分子遗传育种研究;2010年6月至今,四川农业大学小麦研究所,从事麦类作物特异新材料创制及分子遗传育种研究。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金和面上项目各1项、教育部博士点基金1项、四川省教育厅青年基金项目1项、四川省科技厅青年基金项目1项、四川省科技厅支撑计划项目1项;主研参加国家十三五“七大作物育种”专项、国家自然科学基金重大研发计划、科技部国际合作专项、“863”计划、“973”计划、国家支撑计划及国家农业科技成果转化资金项目等国家、省部级项目20余项。获四川省科技进步一等奖2项。发表论文100余篇,其中SCI收录80余篇。



主要研究内容:
1、作物种子性状的遗传机制
  利用在种子颜色、形状及重量等性状上存在显著差异的特殊研究材料,构建重组自交系、近等基因系及突变体系,通过全基因组测序及SNP芯片技术,定位、克隆并验证控制相关性状的功能基因。


2、作物株型特征的遗传机理
  利用株型突变体材料,通过分子遗传学手段,图位克隆控制株型形成的关键基因,并深入分析其作用机理。


3、小麦种质资源的创新与利用
  利用全基因组选择(Genome-Wide Selection)技术,协调组配全基因组范围的优异基因,高效创新综合性状优异种质资源,为选择西南地区突破性优良品种奠定基础。
