个人简介:

20017月获四川农业大学作物遗传育种专业农学博士学位。199910月至20016月在中国科学院遗传研究所进行小麦品质研究。20054月至20063月赴日本作访问学者。曾获得全国优秀博士论文、四川省有突出贡献优秀专家、第十届中国农学会青年科技奖等荣誉称号。先后主持国家自然科学基金、教育部和四川省科研项目,主研选育小麦新品种4个。

主要研究内容:

1. 小麦面筋蛋白动态变化研究

在普通小麦背景组装了来自栽培二粒小麦Glu-A1Glu-B1以及来自地方小麦Glu-D1位点的沉默基因,获得三个HMW-GS基因位点均蛋白表达0个蛋白亚基普通小麦的基础上,以四川选育弱筋小麦川农16和强筋小麦蜀麦969为背景,创制了HMW-GS组成和数目不同的近等基因系,研究HMW-GSLMW-GSGliadin 的动态变化规律。


2. 山羊草优异性状转移利用

 山羊草属遗传多样性丰富,拥有耐逆、抗病虫害等多种优异基因,是小麦遗传改良的重要基因源。前期利用四倍体小麦与二倍体山羊草远缘杂交,创制了四倍体小麦/小伞山羊草双二倍体(AABBUU),四倍体小麦/顶芒山羊草双二倍体(AABBMM)和四倍体小麦/尾状山羊草双二倍体(AABBCC)等新多倍体物种。在此基础上获得了一批具有山羊草遗传物质的衍生系,后续工作将对这些衍生系进行外源遗传物质鉴定和及优异(基因)性状发掘与利用。
