个人简介:

1985年毕业于四川农业大学农学专业,分配于本校小麦研究所工作。2005年7月取得作物遗传育种专业博士学位,同年被评选为四川省学术和技术带头人后备人选,2007年批准为博士生导师。 主持或参与多项国家973、863、自然科学基金、转基因专项以及省科技厅、省教育厅等科研项目。获四川省科技进步一等奖1项,三等奖2项。先后选育小麦新品种8个,在国内外重要学术刊物发表论文80余篇。



主要研究方向:

利用小麦优异的基因资源与综合农艺性状优良的小麦品种杂交,并结合细胞遗传与染色体工程技术进行小麦优良基因的转育,培育优良小麦新品种。另一方面,我们主要开展小麦属内物种的特异性状研究。涉及的研究手段包括:分子克隆、分子标记、生化标记、细胞遗传等;针对的研究目标包括:产量、抗性、品质以及资源的遗传多样性。

主要研究内容:

►   节节麦抗穗发芽基因的研究与利用
对利用长休眠节节麦与四倍体小麦杂交,通过染色体工程技术,人工合成了双二倍体(RSP),并对该双二倍体(RSP)进行细胞学、形态学、穗发芽抗性的遗传与分子标记,以及低分子谷蛋白亚基基因的分子克隆进行了研究。  


►对西藏半野生小麦研究
西藏半野生小麦(   Triticum aestivum ssp.   tibetavum Shao)为我国所独有,它与我国栽培普通小麦地方品种相比较的特异性是脆穗和包壳特性。利用我们构建的重组自交系群体已定位到4个脆穗QTL和3个包壳QTL位点,其种子强休眠特性7个QTL位点,并发现不同QTL位点对种子休眠持续时间具有不同的效应。目前正在对一些重要QTL进行精细定位。
