个人简介:

四川农业大学98级农学学士、2002级作物遗传育种硕士、2004级四川农业大学-加拿大农业部联合培养博士。四川省学术和技术带头人后备人选,四川省杰出青年培育基金获得者。发表SCI收录论文70余篇;主持国家自然科学基金、转基因专项子课题、四川省学术技术带头人培育项目等国家和省部级项目。获四川省科技进步一等奖2项。获得发明专利授权10项;主研选育小麦新品种6个。

主要研究方向:

1.大麦遗传转化和基因组编辑

建立了成熟、稳定的大麦组织培养体系和农杆菌转基因体系。将自主克隆的来源于普通小麦A基因组供体物种乌拉尔图小麦的高分子量谷蛋白活性1Ay新等位基因,转入大麦Golden promise,成功获得了在大麦种子中正常表达乌拉尔图小麦高分子量谷蛋白1Ay蛋白的转基因阳性植株。

进一步建立了基于CRISPR/Cas9的大麦基因组编辑技术体系。以D-Hordein作为靶基因,通过设计分布范围涵盖包括N-terminal、重复区和C-terminal整个编码区个gRNA,成功对D-Hordein进行了基因组编辑敲除,并研究了gRNA的位置分布对基因组编辑效率的影响。目前,基于以上基因转化和基因组编辑技术体系,开展淀粉合成基因的过表达和敲除研究。

 

 

2. 麦类淀粉合成调控研究

通过对淀粉合成关键酶的蛋白表型和基因型鉴定,结合转录组、转基因过表达和基因组编辑敲除对相关基因的表达模式进行研究,鉴定淀粉合成酶关键基因的相关调控转录因子,揭示淀粉合成调控机制。创制和鉴定影响直链/支链淀粉关键基因的突变体,通过聚合和回交转育创制高直链(高抗性淀粉)、高支链(糯性)淀粉含量的特异淀粉组成麦类作物新种质,以满足不同营养和加工品质需求。
