个人简介:

20156月获得四川农业大学作物遗传育种专业农学博士学位。201211-201411月,留学于澳大利亚联邦科工组织(CSIRO)农业研究所(Agriculture),师从Chunji Liu博士。四川农业大学优秀博士学位论文获得者。20156月以引进人才方式进入小麦研究所工作。20162月破格晋升为副研究员。目前在国际知名SCI期刊Genome Biology and Evolution》、《Planta》、《Plant Methods》、《BMC Evolutionary Biology等发表论文41篇,其中以第一(共同第一)作者发表SCI收录论文22篇。主持国家自然基金青年基金、四川省科技厅应用基础项目、四川省教育厅重点项目和四川农业大学人才引进项目等。《Plant Cell Report》、《BMC Genomics》、《International Journal of Plant Biology and Research》、《Journal of microbiology and biotechnology》等杂志审稿人。

近期研究方向和内容

1.  小麦产量性状基因的定位、分离、功能分析及其育种应用

利用经典遗传学、转录组学和比较基因组学等对控制小麦产量性状(如籽粒大小、穗密度、分蘖数目和角度、淀粉含量和比例)的位点进行遗传定位、分离和功能分析。同时利用反向遗传学手段分离产量相关性状的同源基因,对其结构、表达及其功能进行解析。并最终通过常规育种和基因工程技术培育具有优异基因的小麦品系(种)。


 



2.  小麦染色体结构变异及其在进化和育种中的应用

利用生物信息学技术和比较基因组学对小麦染色体结构变异(易位和倒位)进行全基因组扫描和鉴定,并结合PCR和原位杂交相关技术分析小麦中可能存在的结构变异和断点位置,为小麦进化和育种应用提供依据。
