个人简介:

四川农业大学生物科学专业2001级学士,植物资源保护与利用专业2005级硕士,作物遗传育种专业2007级博士,2011年6月获农学博士学位。2009年1月至2010年4月在加拿大农业部东部谷物和油料作物研究所做联合培养博士研究生。2011年作为优秀人才引进到四川农业大学小麦研究所工作。

 主要研究内容:

1. 小麦加工品质形成机理研究
小麦特异的种子储藏蛋白是加工面食的关键。通过系统研究西南地区生态地理环境和栽培措施影响小麦种子储藏蛋白表达、积累和组装的分子机制,以期阐明西南小麦蒸煮和烘焙品质形成的分子机理,建立西南麦区小麦加工品质评价参数,为通过品质育种、品质区划和栽培措施改善西南小麦加工品质提供科学依据。本研究受国家自然科学基金重点项目、面上项目、四川省教育厅和科技厅资助。

2. 小麦赤霉病抗病机理研究
赤霉病严重影响小麦产量和品质,是小麦生产的重要威胁。本研究拟通过研究小麦抗病的分子机制,建立一种基于植物自身的天然抗性,环境友好、可持续的防治小麦病害的策略。

3. 小麦重要育种目标性状功能基因组学研究
小麦产量、品质和抗性受一系列重要基因的影响。我们通过比较基因组学、关联分析、图位克隆、候选基因克隆和转基因方法研究对小麦产量、品质和抗性具有重要作用的基因,为通过分子育种方法培育高产、稳产与优质的小麦新品种奠定基础。
