个人简介:
 
沙莉娜,博士,副研究员,硕士研究生导师,四川省学术和技术带头人后备人选。分别于2002、2005和2008年在四川农业大学获理学学士、硕士和博士学位。于2008年就职于四川农业大学小麦研究所。发表SCI收录论文30余篇,其中第一作者在Molecular Phylogenetics and Evolution、PLoS One、Biochemical Genetics等进化遗传学国际主流期刊发表论文5篇;主持国家自然科学基金项目、四川省教育厅项目;主研农业部公益性行业专项、中科院项目、省科技厅平台项目等。获四川省科技进步二等奖1项。主研选育小麦新品种1个。


主要研究内容:

1、植物分子系统学与分子进化

      利用分子生物学手段,结合形态学、细胞学等证据探讨植物类群的系统发育关系;同时以特定植物类群为材料,探讨基因和基因家族的进化规律和机制。近年来的研究重点为小麦族赖草属的起源、分化和生物地理格局;同时以赖草属为模式探讨赖草属植物特定功能基因的起源和进化,尤其是复制基因进化的动力学理论依据。
      小麦族植物优良的特性、丰富的遗传多样性为麦类作物和牧草育种提供了宝贵的基因库。其中,赖草属大多数植物具有较强的耐寒、耐旱、耐碱,以及抗病、抗虫、抗风沙的能力,且是优良的牧草。随着麦类作物和牧草育种、植被恢复和生态建设的深入开展,对优异植物种质资源的需求极为迫切,对赖草属进行系统的研究具有重要的意义。同时,深入系统地对赖草属进行研究,对了解和认识赖草属植物的起源和演化具有重要意义,对探讨植物的基因组进化、多倍化过程、物种形成等奠定基础。


2、植物种子生理学研究

      主要研究小麦族远缘杂交种子发育、小麦族多年生种子休眠与萌发、小麦族多年生种子的贮藏生理特性。
      普通小麦与小麦族多年生植物的远缘杂交是创制新材料的基础,远缘杂交把不同种、属的特征、特性结合起来,突破种属界限,扩大遗传变异,从而创造新的变异类型或新物种。远缘杂交也是物种形成的重要途径,是生物进化的重要因素之一。系统地研究小麦族远缘杂交和杂种发育有利于新材料的创制;为探讨植物多倍体基因组的形成与进化等奠定基础。
      通过研究小麦族多年生种子的生理特性,对小麦族野生资源进行短期、中期及长期保存,原地及异地保存,种子和活体(苗圃)保存,以确保小麦族野生种质资源的收集、保存和开发利用。
