个人简介:

2008年获四川农业大学作物遗传育种专业博士学位。四川省学术与技术带头人后备人选,四川省杰出青年培育基金获得者,四川省优秀博士学位论文获得者,美国农业部访问学者。发表SCI收录论文50余篇。主持国家自然科学基金、国家863计划子课题、中科院、教育部、四川省等科研项目。获四川省科技进步二等奖1项。选育小麦(饲草)新品种3个。  


研究方向:

小麦种质资源创新与评价;外源优良基因的发掘和利用;小麦新品种选育。


研究生招生专业:作物遗传育种(博士和硕士研究生),作物学(专业学位硕士)


主要研究内容:


1、小麦外源种质的创新与评价
(1)利用小麦-华山新麦草、小麦-批碱草、小麦-长穗偃麦草、小麦-黑麦等外源材料,创制和鉴定小麦外源新种质,开发外源基因组特异分子标记,发掘、评价和利用外源优良抗病、抗逆、品质、农艺性状相关基因,丰富主栽小麦品种遗传多样性。


(2)利用小黑麦、小偃麦、小麦-华山新麦草等双二倍体杂交,创制多属杂种材料,研究不同外源染色体在小麦背景下的表达和存在形式,探索不同基因组之间的互作和同源机制,发掘、评价和利用外源优良基因,为小麦育种提供基础材料。
 

2、外源遗传变异导入小麦推广品种;高产、抗病、优质小麦新品种选育。
