个人简介:
博士期间开始专门从事燕麦属物种起源和资源利用研究,博士论文《燕麦属物种系统发育与分子进化研究》获“四川省优秀博士学位论文”。2007-2008年国家公派联合培养博士生项目在加拿大农业部(Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, ECORC)进行有关燕麦分子生物学合作研究,师从加拿大皇家科学院院士、燕麦系统分类研究专家 Bernard Baum博士,在系统进化和分子生物学方面均受过较为严格的训练,对燕麦属物种的研究现状和存在问题非常了解。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目和面上项目,承担国家燕麦产业技术体系和农业部保种项目的基础性研究工作,被推选为国家燕麦产业技术体系岗位科学家后备人选、四川省学术技术带头人后备人选。选育四川省燕麦新品种“川燕麦1号”,获国家发明专利授权1项,发表论文30余篇,其中SCI收录近20篇。
 
研究生招生专业:作物遗传育种

主要研究内容:
燕麦是一种营养价值很高的粮、饲兼用型作物,国内外燕麦研究专家已提倡燕麦应成为人类继稻米、小麦之后的“第三主粮”(FAO,2008)。我们针对燕麦属种质资源评价及其在栽培燕麦改良中的利用开展工作,具体研究方向为:
 
1. 燕麦属物种分子进化和栽培燕麦的起源
以GBS、RNA-seq、无关联序列的分子克隆和远缘杂交后的细胞遗传学分析为手段,进一步明确野生和栽培物种的进化关系,并探讨栽培裸粒燕麦的起源。本研究受国家自然科学基金项目持续资助。  


2. 燕麦属资源评价及其相关功能基因克隆
对燕麦属野生和栽培资源进行产量和品质的系统评价,以期将优异性状利用于栽培燕麦的改良,同时关注与燕麦健康品质密切相关的性状,明确其生理和分子机理。本研究受农业部作物种质资源保护项目资助。  

 
3.  燕麦高产栽培与品种选育、及其逆境生理与分子机理
选育燕麦高产品种并进行高产栽培技术研究,选择在不同逆境条件下能保持高产的燕麦材料并明确其抗逆的生理和分子机理。本研究受国家农业现代燕麦产业技术体系资助。
