个人简介:


凡星,博士,研究员,博士研究生导师,四川省学术和技术带头人后备人选。于2002年在广西大学获理学学士学位,分别于2005和2009年在四川农业大学获理学硕士和博士学位。加拿大英属哥伦比亚大学博士后。近5年,以第一作者在Molecular Phylogenetics and Evolution、PLoS One、BMC Evolutionary Biology、Plant Science、Gene、Biochemical Systematics and Ecology等进化遗传学国际主流期刊发表论文8篇,合作作者发表SCI收录论文50余篇,H指数为11;主持国家自然科学基金项目、国家标本资源共享平台项目、四川省教育厅重点项目等。获四川省科技进步二等奖1项。主研选育小麦新品种1个。PLoS One、Journal of Systematics and Evolution、Annual Research & Review in Biology等杂志审稿人。

主要研究内容:

1. 作物种质资源与进化遗传学
     
      作物种质资源包括作物的品种、品系、遗传材料和作物的野生近缘植物类群。利用分子遗传学和进化生物学方法和理论,结合形态学、细胞学、分子生物学、古气候学和生物地理学等方面的证据,研究作物种质资源植物的谱系分化、种群动态历史、以及与环境适应性进化的规律。近年来的研究重点是以小麦族赖草属和冰草属植物为研究对象,利用多基因序列谱系、新一代测序技术、分子分歧时间分析、生物地理学揭示赖草属和冰草属植物类群发生适应分化的机制和进化意义。
 

 
2.植物的物种形成和多倍体进化 
     
      多倍化是植物进化变异的自然规律,也是促进植物发生进化改变的重要力量。多倍体一直与新的形态和新的适应特征的产生联系在一起,为了解多倍体适应性发展的遗传基础、新的重组类型在居群中扩散的途径,需要从分子、细胞、形态、生物地理等方面对多倍体形成和进化的过程进行更深入地研究。近年来的研究重点是以小麦族植物为研究对象,利用多基因进化式样揭示小麦族植物异缘多倍体的起源和网状进化式样。目前正在探讨多倍体中重复基因的进化规律和机制。
