个人简介:

1986年7月,四川农业大学本科毕业,获农学学士学位;2000年7月,四川农业大学硕士研究生毕业,获农学硕士学位;2003年7月,四川农业大学博士研究生毕业,获农学博士学位;2002年9月—2003年8月,北京语言大学教育部公派出国留学人员培训。2004年3月—2005年3月教育部公派出国赴墨西哥国立自治大学访问学者。

2004年入选四川省学术、技术带头人后备人选。 1986年7月至今,在四川农业大学小麦研究所工作,主持国家自然科学基金面上项目4项,教育部回国留学人员科研启动基金1项、博士点基金(博导类)项目1项,省级科研项目10项,市级项目1项;主研国家自然科学基金和部省级项目多项。获省科技进步奖一等奖3项、三等奖1项和科技成果多项。在国内外学术刊物上发表论文80余篇。主持获授权国家发明专利1项。主持培育小麦新品种3个。

主要研究内容:
 1.小麦属植物(Triticum)特异基因资源的挖掘及其遗传解析
运用远缘杂交、植物生理生化、细胞遗传学、分子生物学、分子遗传学等技术方法,挖掘蕴藏在二倍体小麦(AA),四倍体(AABB/ AAGG)和 六倍体小麦(AABBDD/AAAAGG)野生及驯化种群中,具有特异光合、抗病、抗逆、品质、籽粒等特性的优异基因资源,揭示有关性状遗传调控的分子机制及其在起源物种间的传递特性


2.野生二粒小麦(T. dicoccoides)优异加工品质、营养品质特性的遗传解析、种质创新与育种利用
挖掘蕴藏在野生二粒小麦中的特异高分子量谷蛋白亚基及其编码基因,创制含有1Ay亚基的拥有6个HMW-GS的新型普通小麦(T. aestivum)新种质,探讨其对小麦加工品质的遗传改良效应。
发掘利用蕴藏在野生二粒小麦中的高蛋白、高Fe、Zn含量的特异营养品质基因资源,创制拥有表达型NAM-B1转录因子的Fe、Zn强化功能型普通小麦(T. aestivum)新种质,培育营养富集优质小麦新品种。
